https://www.annauniv.edu/pdf/EHSI2105.pdf CES-NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY IN INDUSTRIES (EHSI-2105) DATE EXTENDED FOR REGISTRATION The Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University, Chennai is organizing a two days National Conference on “Environment, Health and Safety in Industries (EHSI-2015)” during 10-11th September 2015 in association with Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India. The conference will be organized at Muthian Auditorium, Anna University, Chennai. The prime objective of this conference is to inculcate the importance of clean Environment, Healthy and Safe working conditions, Environmental and Health Risks Assessment and its Management Aspects. The participants of the conference will be Process Engineers, Plant in-charges, Effluent Treatment Plant in-charges, Heads of Environment Cell and safety officers from Industries, Academicians and Research Scholars. It is requested to note that on-spot registration could be done for the conference on 10.09.2015 at 8.30 am at Muthian Auditorium, Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University, Chennai. It is also requested to note that the registration fee will be Rs. 5000/- for Participants from Industries Rs.3000/- for Faculty members of Colleges Rs.2000/- for Students and Research Scholars The DD should be drawn in favour of ‘The Director, CES, Anna University’.
